     Rt. Hon. William Drennan Andrews was born on 24 January 1832.1 He was the son of John Andrews and Sarah Drennan.1 He married Eliza Galloway, daughter of John Galloway, on 20 August 1857.1 He died on 3 December 1924 at age 92, without issue.1
     Rt. Hon. William Drennan Andrews was educated at Royal Belfast Academical Institution, Belfast, County Antrim, Ireland.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1854 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He was admitted to King's Inns in 1855 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-law.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, in 1860 with a Doctor of Laws (L.L.D.).1 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1872.1 He held the office of Bencher in 1882.1 He held the office of Judge of the Exchequer Division of High Court of Justice in Ireland, later merged in King's Bench Division between 1882 and 1910.1 He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) (Ireland) in 1897.1 He held the office of honorary Bencher King's Inns in 1910.1 He lived at 51 Lower Regent Street, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
