     2nd Lt. Thomas Francis Halford Fremantle was born on 2 January 1897.1 He was the son of Colonel Thomas Francis Fremantle, 3rd Baron Cottesloe and Frances Tapling.1 He died on 17 October 1915 at age 18 at Flanders, Belgium, from wounds received in action.1
     2nd Lt. Thomas Francis Halford Fremantle was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He lived First World War.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the service of the 5th Service Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1
