     Barnard Archdale was the son of John Archdale and Anne (?).1 He married Anne Ferne.1 He died intestate and his estate was administered by his widow on 19 February 1577.1
     Barnard Archdale lived at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was a merchant.1 He was excommunicated by the Vice-Chancellor on refusing Citizen's Oath in 1577.1

     Richard Archdale was the son of Barnard Archdale and Anne Ferne.1 He married Judith Thorpe, daughter of Richard Thorpe.1 He died in 1638.1 His will (dated 31 May 1638) was probated on 8 October 1638.1
     Richard Archdale lived at Dowgate Street, London, Middlesex, England.1 He was a merchant vintner.1 He purchased Loak Manor in 1604 at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He purchased the Temple Wycombe and Windsor manors in 1628 at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.1
