     Marie Joseph Georges Ferdinand Toucas was born on 11 June 1847 at Solliès-Toucas, France.2 He was the son of Joseph Eugène Toucas and Élisabeth Marie Joséphine de Biglione.2 He married Claire Antoinette Euphrasie Massillon, daughter of Jean Joseph Marie Massillon and Marguerite Euphroisine Feraud, on 27 November 1871 at Toulon, FranceG.2 He died on 20 January 1918 at age 70 at Montrouge, Hauts-de-Seine, FranceG.2
     He was a practising avocat.1 Marie Joseph Georges Ferdinand Toucas usually went by his middle name of Fernand.2 He lived at Paris, FranceG.1

     Major Henry Austin Hamilton was born on 15 February 1880 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Hubert Hamilton and Louisa Wentworth-Davidson.2 He married Madeleine Marthe Émilie Marie Toucas, daughter of Marie Joseph Georges Ferdinand Toucas and Claire Antoinette Euphrasie Massillon, on 15 April 1907 at Neuilly-sur-Seine, Hauts-de-Seine, FranceG.1,2 He died on 25 January 1916 at age 35 at Dickebusch, BelgiumG, killed in action.1,2
     He was also known as Major Harry Austen Hamilton.3 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Field Artillery.1 He fought in the First World War.2

     Helen Gabrielle Laura Hazel Heaton-Armstrong usually went by her middle name of Hazel.1
