     Anthony Atkinson was the son of William Atkinson and Anne (?).1 He married Mary Guy, daughter of Admiral John Guy, in 1709.1 He died in December 1743.1
     Anthony Atkinson held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for St. Johnstown between 1711 and 1713.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Belfast from 1713 to 1714.1 He lived at Cangort, Shinrone, Birr, County Offaly, Ireland.1
