Sir William Edward Hercules Verner, 3rd Bt. was born on 11 January 1856.1 He was the son of Sir William Verner, 2nd Bt. and Mary Pakenham.1 He married Annie Wilson, daughter of John Wilson, on 29 January 1877.1 He died on 8 June 1886 at age 30, without issue.1
