     Hon. Anthony John Warburton Flower was born on 6 June 1938.1 He was the son of Desmond Llowarch Edward Flower, 10th Viscount Ashbrook and Elizabeth Egerton-Warburton.1 He married Bridget Karen Duncan, daughter of J. Duncan, on 23 July 1970.1 He died in 1991.1
