     Richard Ball was born in 1745.1 He was the son of Nicholas Ball and Catherine Prysse.1
     Richard Ball apparently regained Lunderstown, Duleek, County Meath, Ireland, and was living there in 1770.1

     Laurence Ball was born in 1776.1 He was the son of Richard Ball.1 He married Catherine Jordan, daughter of Colonel Nicholas Jordan, in 1802.1 He died on 24 May 1858.1
     Laurence Ball lived at Wintergrass, Bellewstown, County Meath, Ireland.1 He lived at Moorside, Clonalvy, County Meath, Ireland, (Deed of Release on 23 July 1811 between "William, Earl of Mansfield, Gustavus, Lord Viscount Boyne, and Laurence Ball, gentleman").1

     Catherine Jordan was born in 1778.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Nicholas Jordan.1 She married Laurence Ball, son of Richard Ball, in 1802.1 She died on 14 April 1848.1
     From 1802, her married name became Ball.1
