     He held the office of High Sheriff in 1868.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Glenview, County Waterford, IrelandG.1 He lived at 102 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1

     Margaret Barron was the daughter of William Barron and Margarita Archibald Power.1 She married, firstly, Henry Charles Hervey-Aston, son of Colonel Henry Hervey Hervey-Aston and Hon. Harriet Ingram-Shepheard, they had issue.1 She married, secondly, Le Chev de Poggenhpohl.1
     She was also known as Marquerita. Her married name became Hervey-Aston.1 Her married name became de Poggenhpohl.1
