     Simon Barrow was born in 1788.1 He was the son of Jacob Barrow and Gael Nunes.1 He married Tryphina Esther de Symons, daughter of Baron Lyon de Symons and Polly Goldsmid, with three other sons and five daughters.1 He died in 1862.1
     Simon Barrow lived at Devonshire Square, Bishopsgate, London, Middlesex, England.1 He lived at Lansdown Grove, Bath, Somerset, England.1

     Oscar Theodore Barrow was born on 7 March 1854.1 He was the son of Jacob Barrow.1 He married Helen Emma Winefride Reynolds, daughter of Reginald Reynolds, in 1888.1 He died on 5 November 1937 at age 83.1
     Oscar Theodore Barrow was educated at Beaumaris Grammar School, Beaumaris, Anglesey, Wales.1 He was educated at Gloucester School, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England.1 He entered the Indian Civil Service in 1875.1 He was the Deputy Accountant-General in 1887 at Bombay, India.1 He was the Officiating Accountant-General and Deputy Commissioner, Paper Currency, Northwest Provinces in 1888.1 He held the office of Accountant-General for Bengal in 1891.1 He held the office of Accountant-General for Bombay in 1894.1 He was invested as a Fellow in 1896 at Bombay University, Bombay, India.1 He held the office of Comptroller and Auditor-General for Calcutta between 1906 and 1911.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Star of India (C.S.I.) in 1907.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1918.1
