     Fane Becher was born circa 1546 at London, England.2 He was the son of Henry Becher and Alice Heron.1 He married Susan Dabridgecourt, daughter of George Dabridgecourt and Isabella Norton, on 12 May 1572.1 He died in 1592 at London, England.1,2
     Fane Becher obtained obtained a grant of 12,000 acres in County Cork by Warrant of Elizabeth I on 3 February 1586/87.1 He was One of the founders of Bandon with the 1st Earl of Cork.1
