     William Latham Blacker was born in 1745.1 He was the son of Latham Blacker and Martha Beaver.1 He married Mary Hamlin, daughter of Thomas Hamlin, in 1773, leaving issue in addition to the son listed.1 He died in 1810.1

     His name was legally changed to Latham Hamlin when he assumed his mother's maiden surname in place of his father's.1 He was born with the name of Latham Blacker.1
