     Walter Blake was the son of Geoffrey Blake and Juliane Martin.1
     Walter Blake had a grant of lands of Drum, County Galway, Ireland, by patent on 17 August 1677.1 Among the descendents of Walter were the Blakes of Drum, afterwards of Gortnamona, County Galway.1
