     William Gabbett was born in 1680.2 He was the son of William Gabbett and Mary Carpenter.2 He married, firstly, Mary Spiers, daughter of Thomas Spiers.2 He married, secondly, Anna Frend, daughter of Benjamin Frend and Bridget Kynaston, on 2 March 1719.2 He married, thirdly, Mary Freeman, daughter of William Freeman, on 29 August 1721.2 He died in 1729.2
     He lived at Caherline House, Lisnagry, County Limerick, IrelandG.1
