     Penelope Ann Verney Gabbett was born on 15 September 1946.1 She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Edward Gabbett and Ann Henrietta Westwood Asser.2 She married Peter Richard Wilson on 11 May 1972.1
     Penelope Ann Verney Gabbett was eldest s of Jeremy Charles Wilson, of Fulmer Cottage, Fulmer, Buckinghamshire (see BURKE'S Peerage, NUNBURN· HOLME, B).1 Her married name became Wilson. She lived in 2003 at and Royal Ocean Racing Clubs, ZZZ.1
