     Lieutenant Neptune Blood was born in 1791.1 He was the son of Neptune Blood and Ellen Blake.1 He married Frances Mary Hannah Lathom on 1 June 1813.1 He died circa December 1829.1 His will was probated on 15 February 1830.1
     Lieutenant Neptune Blood gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 11th Light Dragoons.1

     Frances Ellen Blood was born on 9 September 1815.1 She was the daughter of Lieutenant Neptune Blood and Frances Mary Hannah Lathom.1 She married Ashburnam Henry Bulley, son of Ashburnam Bulley, on 23 February 1834, they had three sons and four daughters.1 She died on 2 January 1886 at age 70.1
     From 23 February 1834, her married name became Bulley.1
