     Lt.-Col. Bagot William Blood was born on 6 November 1844.1 He was the son of William Bindon Blood and Margaret Stewart.1 He married Mary Jane Briggs, daughter of Colonel Thomas Briggs, on 18 March 1874.1 He died on 4 February 1910 at age 65.1
     Lt.-Col. Bagot William Blood gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 2nd Battalion Bombay, Baroda and Central India Volunteer Rifles.1 He was the Chief Engineer, Rajputana-Malwa Railway.1 He lived at Albert House, Victoria Road, Dalkey, County Dublin, Ireland.1

     Mary Jane Briggs was the daughter of Colonel Thomas Briggs.1 She married Lt.-Col. Bagot William Blood, son of William Bindon Blood and Margaret Stewart, on 18 March 1874.1 She died on 13 January 1937.1
     From 18 March 1874, her married name became Blood.1

     Bagot Neptune Blood was born on 12 May 1882.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Bagot William Blood and Mary Jane Briggs.1 He married, firstly, Annie Partridge.1 He and Annie Partridge were divorced in 1926.1 He married Hilda Annie Newman, daughter of Alfred Schlapfer Newman, on 19 October 1927.1 He died on 9 September 1952 at age 70.1
     Bagot Neptune Blood graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).1 He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland (M.R.C.S.I.).1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland (L.R.C.P.I.).1
