     Helen Hicks was born in 1838.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Hicks.1 She married Michael Alleyne Richard Becher, son of Michael Alleyne Becher and Elizabeth Sherrard, on 10 November 1864 at St. Mary Magdalene, Torquay, Devon, England.1 She died on 28 February 1873 at Piazza Fontaine, Pisa, Italy.1
      From 10 November 1864, her married name became Becher.1
