     Isabella Whichcote was the daughter of Sir Thomas Whichcote, 7th Bt..1 She married Brownlow Henry George Cecil, 4th Marquess of Exeter, son of William Alleyne Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Exeter and Lady Georgina Sophia Pakenham, on 7 September 1875.1 She died on 12 July 1917.1
     From 7 September 1875, her married name became Cecil.1 As a result of her marriage, Isabella Whichcote was styled as Marchioness of Exeter on 14 July 1895.
