     Rowley Miller was born in 1781.2 He was the son of John Miller and Margaret Oulton.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Torrens, daughter of Reverend Thomas Torrens and Jane Maxwell.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Frances Vesey, daughter of Reverend Thomas Agmondisham Vesey and Anna Maria Murray, in 1841 at Ardagh, County Limerick, IrelandG.3,2
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Londonderry between 1861 and 1862.2 He lived at Moneymore, County Londonderry, Ireland.1
