     Jane Kitto Tucker was born on 2 October 1836 at Northill, Cornwall, England.1 She was the daughter of Edward Tucker and Jane Kitto.1 She married John Hay McKenzie McRae, son of John McRae and Elizabeth Miller, on 31 August 1861 at Freeman's Bay, Auckland, New Zealand.1 She died on 26 December 1909 at age 73 at Thames, New Zealand.1
     From 31 August 1861, her married name became (?) McRae.1
