Sir Frederick John Falkiner, 1st and last Bt. was born on 8 April 1768.1 He was the son of Daniel Falkiner and Dorothy Faure.2 He married Anne Frances Gardiner, daughter of Sackville Gardiner, on 23 October 1798.1 He died in October 1824 at age 56, without issue.1
Sir Frederick John Falkiner, 1st and last Bt. graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Athy, Carlow and Dublin.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 100th Regiment.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Dublin in 1801.1 He was created 1st Baronet Falkiner [U.K.] on 21 December 1812.1 On his death his baronetcy became extinct.1
