     Kate Ouseley Sherlock is the daughter of Surg.-Maj. Henry Sherlock.2 She married Lt.-Col. George Burridge Crawley, son of Reverend Thomas William Crawley and Hannah Elizabeth Carter, in 1882.1 She and Lt.-Col. George Burridge Crawley were divorced in 1887.1
     From 1882, her married name became Crawley.1

     Thomas Henry Ouseley Crawley was born on 19 February 1885.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. George Burridge Crawley and Kate Ouseley Sherlock.2 He married Meta Janette Steel Grant, daughter of Robert Grant, on 6 February 1915.1 He died on 6 May 1915 at age 30, killed in action.1
     Thomas Henry Ouseley Crawley gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 4th Battalion, Worcestershire Regiment.1 He fought in the First World War.1

     Meta Janette Steel Grant was the daughter of Robert Grant.1 She married, firstly, Thomas Henry Ouseley Crawley, son of Lt.-Col. George Burridge Crawley and Kate Ouseley Sherlock, on 6 February 1915.1 She married, secondly, Major Graeme F. Raper on 20 December 1917.1 She died on 30 July 1953.1
     From 6 February 1915, her married name became Crawley.1 From 20 December 1917, her married name became Raper.1
