Major Charles Arthur Crawley-Boevey was born on 8 December 1879.1 He was the son of James Henry Crawley-Boevey and Frances Georgina Hayes Newington.2 He married Elisabeth Winifred King, daughter of W. Hartley King, on 7 April 1906.1 He died on 5 December 1962 at age 82.3
