     James Dalrymple Hay Stewart was born on 31 July 1853.1 He was the son of George Stewart and Mary Corrie.2 He married Elizabeth Grace Stewart, daughter of James Stewart and Sarah Georgina Dalrymple-Hay, in 1887.1 He died on 23 May 1914 at age 60.1

     James Murray of Broughton was born in 1727. He was the son of Alexander Murray of Broughton and Lady Euphemia Stewart. He married Lady Catherine Stewart, daughter of Alexander Stewart, 6th Earl of Galloway and Lady Catherine Cochrane, on 12 April 1751.1 He died on 30 April 1799.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)1

     He was the Vicar at Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Archdeacon of Surrey, Jamaica between 1879 and 1884.1

     He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the Bath (G.C.B.)1
