     John Boyle of Kelburn was the son of Robert Boyle of Kelburn.1 He died in 1555.1
     On 28 October 1495 he had sasine of Kelburn.1 In 1536 he was granted a charter of South Ballochmartin, Isle of Great Cumbrae.1 He had five other sons and six daughters.1

     David Boyle is the son of John Boyle and Katherine of Cairnhill.1 He married, firstly, Katharine Boyd.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Crawfurd, daughter of Patrick Crawfurd of Cartsburn.1
     He had two sons and two daughters by his second wife.1 He lived at Figgidoch, Isle of Great Cumbrae, Scotland.1
