     Arthur Eustace Seymour Guinness was educated at Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, Kent, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1921.1 He lived at Green's Norton Hall, Towcester, Northamptonshire, England.1
