      From 21 July 1937, her married name became Marit Guinness Aschan. She was with the Ministry of Information during the Second World War.1 She was educated an enamellist.1 She wrote the book Modern Jewellers, The Art of Jewellery, published 1968.1 She wrote the book Enamels, published 1985, editor.1 She lived in 2003 at 25 Chelsea Park Gardens, London, England.1
