     Iris Hawthorne Winnington-Ingram was born on 25 May 1935.1 She is the daughter of Eric Alfred Winnington-Ingram and Jean Emma Caroline Hopkins.2 She married John Awbery Field, son of Charles Awbery Field, on 20 April 1964.1
     From 20 April 1964, her married name became Awbery. She lived in 2003 at Yewtrees Farm, Balcombe, Sussex, England.1
