     Philip Kent Grey was born on 11 May 1940.1 He is the son of Albert Harry George Campbell Grey and Vera Helen Louise Harding.2 He married Ann Catherine Applegate, daughter of Cecil Applegate, on 23 March 1968.1
     Philip Kent Grey gained the rank of Navigating Officer in the service of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.1 He was registered as a Master Mariner.1 He was a licensed Trinity House Sea Pilot.1 He lived in 2003 at Valley Cottage, Belle Cross Road, Kingsbridge, Devon, England.1
