     Hon. Elizabeth Anne Hepburne-Scott was baptised on 21 February 1803 at Sidmouth, Devon, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Hugh Hepburne-Scott, 6th Lord Polwarth and Harriet Brühl.3 She married Colonel Charles Wyndham, son of George O'Brien Wyndham, 3rd Earl of Egremont and Elizabeth Ilive, on 3 October 1835.1 She died on 21 August 1873 at age 70, leaving issue.1
     She was given the name of Elizabeth Anne Scott at birth.1 In December 1820 her name was legally changed to Elizabeth Anne Hepburne-Scott when her father inherited his cousin James Hepburne of Humbie's estate.1 From 3 October 1835, her married name became Wyndham.1
