     Sir Hugh Richard Hoare, 4th Bt. was born on 27 November 1787.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Hugh Hoare, 3rd Bt. and Maria Palmer Acland.3 He married Anne Tyrwhitt-Drake, daughter of Thomas Tyrwhitt-Drake, on 22 April 1819.1 He died on 10 January 1857 at age 69, without issue.1
     He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Hoare, of Barn Elms, co. Surrey [G.B., 1786] on 17 August 1841.1

      From 22 April 1819, her married name became Hoare.1
