     John Edward Pelham, 7th Earl of Yarborough was born on 2 June 1920.2 He was the son of Marcus Herbert Pelham, 6th Earl of Yarborough and Hon. Pamela Douglas-Pennant.2 He married Florence Ann Petronel Upton, daughter of John Herbert Upton and Petronel Fursdon, on 12 December 1957.2 He died on 21 March 1991 at age 70.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1940 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He gained the rank of Major in the Grenadier Guards.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1964.2 He held the office of Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire between 1964 and 1991.2 He succeeded as the 7th Earl of Yarborough [U.K., 1837] on 2 December 1966.3 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Yarborough, of Yarborough, Lincolnshire [G.B., 1794] on 2 December 1966.3 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Worsley, of Appuldurcombe, in the Isle of Wight [U.K., 1837] on 2 December 1966.3

     John Charles Douglas-Pennant was the son of Sir Charles Henry Harper.1 He married Lady Janet Marcia Rose Pelham, daughter of Marcus Herbert Pelham, 6th Earl of Yarborough and Hon. Pamela Douglas-Pennant, on 20 March 1948.1 He died on 11 September 1998.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was given the name of John Charles Harper at birth.1 In 1950 his name was legally changed to John Charles Douglas-Pennant by Royal Licence.1

     Florence Ann Petronel Upton was born on 25 January 1924.3 She was the daughter of John Herbert Upton and Petronel Fursdon. She married, firstly, Charles John Riddell Duffin in 1943.3 She and Charles John Riddell Duffin were divorced in 1949.3 She married, secondly, John Edward Pelham, 7th Earl of Yarborough, son of Marcus Herbert Pelham, 6th Earl of Yarborough and Hon. Pamela Douglas-Pennant, on 12 December 1957.1 She died on 24 June 2013 at age 89.4
     Florence Ann Petronel Upton usually went by her middle name of Ann.1 From 1943, her married name became Duffin.3 Her married name became Pelham. After her marriage, Florence Ann Petronel Upton was styled as Countess of Yarborough on 2 December 1966. She lived in 2003 at 40 Elizabeth Court, Millmans Street, London, England.1

     Sir Richard Thomas Dyke Acland, 11th/15th Bt. was born on 26 November 1906.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Dyke Acland, 10th/14th Bt. and Eleanor Margaret Cropper.1 He married Anne Stella Alford, daughter of Robert Greenwood Alford, on 15 April 1936.1 He died on 24 November 1990 at age 83.1
