Sir Hugh Acland, 1st Bt. was born circa 1639.1 He was the son of Sir John Acland, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Vincent. He and Anne Daniel obtained a marriage license on 19 March 1673/74.1 He died circa March 1713/14. He was buried on 9 March 1713/14.1,2

Sir John Acland, 1st Bt. was born circa 1591.1 He was the son of Sir Arthur Acland and Eleanor Mallet.1 He married Elizabeth Vincent, daughter of Sir Francis Vincent, 1st Bt. and Sarah Paulet, before 1635.1 He died on 24 August 1647.1 He was buried at Stoke d'Abernon, Surrey, England.2 His will (dated 1 December 1646) was probated between 30 November 1648 and 5 July 1671.2
