     Hon. Maria Charlotte Ridley-Colborne was the daughter of Nicholas William Ridley-Colborne, 1st and last Baron Colborne of West Harling and Charlotte Steele.2 She married Sir George Edmund Nugent, 2nd Bt., son of Field Marshal Sir George Nugent, 1st Bt. and Maria Skinner, on 13 July 1830.1 She died on 31 August 1883.1
     From 13 July 1830, her married name became Nugent.

     Captain Jocelyn Henry Watkin Thomas was the son of Lt.-Gen. Henry Thomas.2 He married Mary Wilhelmina Nugent, daughter of Sir George Edmund Nugent, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Maria Charlotte Ridley-Colborne, on 26 October 1881.1 He died on 21 October 1932.3
     Captain Jocelyn Henry Watkin Thomas lived at Belmont, County Carlow, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Scots Guards.1
