Sir Edward Pease, 3rd Bt. was born on 15 December 1880.1 He was the son of Sir Alfred Edward Pease, 2nd Bt. and Helen Ann Fowler.2 He married Ida Mary Lawrance, daughter of James Lawrance, on 29 November 1919.1 He died on 14 January 1963 at age 82, without issue.1
He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He was with the Sudan Political Service between 1903 and 1911.1 He fought in the First World War in 1915, where he was severely wounded.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1915 in the service of the King Edward's Horse.1 He was with the Political Service in 1917 at Iraq.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1918 in the service of the East Lancashire Regiment.1 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Pease, of Hutton Lowcross and Pinchinthorpe, co. York [U.K., 1882] on 27 April 1939.
