     Reverend Julius Henry Rowley was born on 29 October 1836.1 He was the son of Captain Richard Freeman Rowley and Elizabeth Julia Angerstein.2 He married Julia Molyneux, daughter of Reverend Capel Molyneux and Maria Carpenter, on 18 July 1861.1 He died on 22 October 1915 at age 78.1
     Reverend Julius Henry Rowley graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Rector in 1879 at South Ockendon, Essex, England.1
