     Rosemary Keyes was born on 15 September 1911.1 She was the daughter of Sir Terence Humphrey Keyes and Edith Beatrice McMahon.2 She married Maj.-Gen. Halford David Fellowes, son of Major Halford Le Mesurier Fellowes, on 10 January 1942.1 She died on 8 December 1996 at age 85.1
     Rosemary Keyes gained the rank of 2nd Officer in the service of the Women's Royal Naval Service, during the Second World War.1
