     Mary Leader is the daughter of William Leader.2 She married Captain Edward Lowther Crofton, son of John Frederick Lowther Crofton and Mary Thorney, on 23 April 1816.1
     From 23 April 1816, her married name became Crofton.

     Frederick Lowther Crofton was the son of John Frederick Lowther Crofton and Mary Thorney.2 He married Anne Smith, daughter of Stephen Smith, in 1810.1 He died in 1819, aboard the Semiramis .1
     Frederick Lowther Crofton gained the rank of officer in the service of the Coldstream Guards.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Marines.1 He also had a daughter.1

     Frederick Charles Edward Lowther Crofton was born on 10 February 1813.1 He was the son of Frederick Lowther Crofton and Anne Smith.2 He married, firstly, Miriam White, daughter of Captain William White, on 2 September 1837.1 He married, secondly, Helen (?) on 17 August 1865.1 He died on 11 October 1883 at age 70.1

     George Lowther Crofton was born on 24 March 1841.1 He was the son of Frederick Charles Edward Lowther Crofton and Miriam White.2 He married Ellen Mary Norris, daughter of Thomas George Norris, on 27 April 1865.1 He died on 15 April 1915 at age 74.1
     George Lowther Crofton graduated from Exeter College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the 6th Dragoon Guards.1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 1st Devon Rifles.1
