Captain Hugh Seymour was born on 22 January 1879.1 He was the son of Venerable Albert Eden Seymour and Hester Emily Fortescue.2 He married Florence Louisa White, daughter of George White, in 1908.1 He died on 27 November 1950 at age 71, without issue.1
