     Roberta Mitchell is the daughter of Percy Mitchell. She married Charles Augustus Ker Bennet, 8th Earl of Tankerville, son of George Montagu Bennet, 7th Earl of Tankerville and Leonora Sophia van Marter, on 20 October 1920. She and Charles Augustus Ker Bennet, 8th Earl of Tankerville were divorced in 1930.
     Her married name became Bennet.

     Charles Augustus Grey Bennet, 9th Earl of Tankerville was born on 28 July 1921. He was the son of Charles Augustus Ker Bennet, 8th Earl of Tankerville and Roberta Mitchell. He married, firstly, Virginia Diether, daughter of Louis M. Diether, on 15 May 1943. He and Virginia Diether were divorced in 1950. He married, secondly, Georgiana Lilian Maude Wilson, daughter of Gilbert Wilson, on 22 June 1954. He died in 1980.
     Charles Augustus Grey Bennet, 9th Earl of Tankerville gained the title of 9th Earl of Tankerville.

     Her married name became Bennet.
