     Richard Ussher was born circa 1550.1 He was the son of Robert Ussher and Margaret FitzJohn.1 He married, firstly, Ellinor Plunket, daughter of Robert Plunket and Anne Plunket.1 He married, secondly, Jane Ball, daughter of Nicholas Ball and Begnet Luttrell.1 He died on 18 August 1625.1
     Richard Ussher lived at Santry, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He lived at Cromlin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
