     Caroline Fane was born on 28 December 1791.1 She was the daughter of Henry Fane and Anne Batson.1 She married Charles Chaplin, son of Charles Chaplin and Elizabeth Taylor, on 17 September 1812.2
     From 17 September 1812, her married name became Chaplin.2

     Charles Chaplin was baptised on 21 April 1786 at Blankney, Lincolnshire, England.1 He was the son of Charles Chaplin and Elizabeth Taylor.1 He married Caroline Fane, daughter of Henry Fane and Anne Batson, on 17 September 1812.1 He died on 31 May 1859 at age 73, without issue.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stamford in 1809.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lincolnshire.1 He lived at Blankney, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Tathwell, Lincolnshire, England.1
