     Henry Gould is the son of Edward Gould and Elizabeth Man.2 He married Anne Wills, daughter of Zachary Wills.1 He died in 1636,.1
     Henry Gould lived at Floyers Hayes, England.1 He purchased Lew Trenchard in 1626 from Thomas Monck.1

     Sir Nicholas Gould, 1st and last Bt. was the son of Edward Gould and Elizabeth Man.2 He married Elizabeth Garrard, daughter of Sir John Garrard, 2nd Bt..1 He died in 1664, without male issue.1
     Sir Nicholas Gould, 1st and last Bt. held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fowey between 1648 and 1653.1 He partipicated in an ordinance from 1659 to 1660; Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Fowey.1 He was created 1st Baronet Gould [England] on 13 June 1660.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

     Elizabeth Garrard is the daughter of Sir John Garrard, 2nd Bt.1 She married, firstly, Sir Nicholas Gould, 1st and last Bt., son of Edward Gould and Elizabeth Man.1 She married, secondly, Thomas Neale.1
     Her married name became Neale.1 Her married name became Gould.

     James Gould was born in 1602.1 He was the son of Edward Gould and Elizabeth Man.2 He married, firstly, Jane Marshall, daughter of John Marshall.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Westcombe, daughter of Dr. Clement Westcombe.1 He died in 1659.1
     He refused to receive the proclamations of Cromwell and the Commonwealth.1 He held the office of Mayor of Exeter in 1649.1
