     Robert George Bomford was born in 1802.1 He was the son of Robert Bomford and Maria Massy-Dawson.2 He married Elizabeth Kennedy, daughter of Jason Trail Kennedy, in 1826.1 He died on 11 December 1846, without issue.1 He was buried at St. Anne's Church, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1
     Robert George Bomford held the office of High Sheriff of County Meath in 1832.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Meath.1 He lived at Rahinston, County Meath, Ireland.1
