     Francis Jane Winter was born circa 1820.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Pratt Winter and Frances Rosetta Bomford.1 She married Samuel Bomford, son of George Bomford and Arabella Winter, on 11 July 1839.1 She died in 1910.1
     From 11 July 1839, her married name became Bomford.1
