     Major Frederick Loftus Dashwood was born on 13 October 1824.1 He was the son of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley.2 He married Lucy Amelia Clinton on 7 February 1871.1 He died on 12 October 1902 at age 77, without issue.1
     Major Frederick Loftus Dashwood gained the rank of Major in the service of the 16th Lancers.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.1

     Sir Edward John Francis Dashwood, 12th Bt. was born on 25 September 1964.1 He is the son of Sir Francis John Vernon Hereward Dashwood, 11th Bt. and Victoria Ann Elizabeth Gwynne Foley.2 He married Lucinda Nell Miesegaes, daughter of Gerrard Herman Francis Miesegaes, on 10 April 1989.1
     Sir Edward John Francis Dashwood, 12th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Reading University, Reading, Berkshire, England, with a Bachelor of Sicence (B.Sc.).1 He was Premier Baronet of Great Britain.1 He was registered as a Professional Associate, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (A.R.I.C.S.).1 He succeeded to the title of 12th Baronet Dashwood, of West Wycombe, co. Bucks [G.B., 1707] on 9 March 2000.1 He lived in 2003 at West Wycombe Park, High Wycombe, Buxkinghamshire, England.1
