Victoria Francesca Boyer was the daughter of A. Boyer.1 She married Henry Howard, 3rd Earl of Effingham, son of Henry Howard, 2nd Earl of Effingham and Eliza Drummond, on 31 October 1865.1 She died on 20 June 1899.1
