     Mary Bold-Hoghton was born on 7 June 1825.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt. and Dorothea Bold.² She married Colonel John Ireland Blackburne, son of John Ireland Blackburne, on 12 November 1846.¹ She died on 30 April 1855 at age 29.¹
      From 12 November 1846, her married name became Blackburne.

     Dora Bold-Hoghton was born on 12 September 1826.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt. and Dorothea Bold.² She married Priestley Birch on 10 November 1857.¹ She died on 10 January 1902 at age 75, leaving issue.³

     Daniel de Hoghton was born on 13 August 1853.¹ He was the son of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt. and Harriet Sarah Smith.² He married Mary Jones, daughter of Henry Jones, in 1888.¹ He died on 5 January 1929 at age 75.¹
     He was given the name of Daniel Bold-Hoghton at birth.³ On 4 January 1875 his name was legally changed to Daniel de Hoghton by Royal Licence.³ He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment.¹ He was invested as a Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.).¹

     Mary Jones was the daughter of Henry Jones.² She married Daniel de Hoghton, son of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt. and Harriet Sarah Smith, in 1888.¹ She died on 22 November 1933.¹
