     Helen Violet Fane was born on 29 July 1865.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Frederic Fane and Fanny Eliza Magniac.² She married John Wentworth Garneys Bond on 24 August 1909.¹ She died on 17 August 1952 at age 87.¹
      From 24 August 1909, her married name became Bond.

     Maj.-Gen. Walter Fane was born on 6 January 1828.¹ He was the son of Reverend Edward Fane and Maria Hodges.² He was baptised on 11 January 1828 at Fulbeck, Lincolnshire, England.³ He married Agnes Bold-Hoghton, daughter of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt., on 4 August 1879.¹ He died on 17 June 1885 at age 57, without issue.¹
      He raised Fane's Horse, 19th Punjab Cavalry.³ He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).¹

     Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt. was born on 3 January 1799.² He was the son of Sir Henry Philip Hoghton, 7th Bt. and Susannah Brooke.³ He married, firstly, Dorothea Bold, daughter of Peter Patten Bold, on 23 May 1820.² He married, secondly, Harriet Sarah Smith, daughter of John Smith, on 13 November 1847.² He died on 19 July 1862 at age 63.²
     He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Hoghton, of Hoghton Tower, and Walton le Dale, co. Lancaster [E., 1611].² He was given the name of Henry Hoghton at birth.⁴ On 15 February 1825 his name was legally changed to Henry Bold-Hoghton by Royal Licence.⁴ He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 3rd Royal Lancashire Militia.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Lancashire Lancs 1829.² He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lancashire.² He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lancashire.²

     Agnes Bold-Hoghton was the daughter of Sir Henry Bold-Hoghton, 8th Bt.² She married Maj.-Gen. Walter Fane, son of Reverend Edward Fane and Maria Hodges, on 4 August 1879.¹ She died on 17 November 1912.¹
      From 4 August 1879, her married name became Fane.

     Henry Fane was the son of John Fane and Isabel Darell.¹ He died circa 1536, without issue.¹

     Thomas Fane is the son of John Fane and Isabel Darell.¹

     Joan Waller is the daughter of William Waller and Ann Falconer.^1,2 She married George Fane, son of Richard Fane and Agnes Stidolph, in 1557.¹
      From 1557, her married name became Fane.¹
